  • We operate two warehouses; Merseyside, UK and Guangzhou, CN. Most products ship from Guangzhou, unless specified otherwise.
  • The VAT or other applicable taxes are prepaid, therefore the product price is the final price.
  • Order processing takes 3 days on average, and as soon as your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number.
  • Shipping to the UK is 14 days from placing your order.
  • Final-mile delivery is fulfilled via Royal Mail Tracked 48™. Please note that any "Safeplace" delivery executed in accordance with Royal Mail protocol is deemed a successful completion of the delivery contract.
