Submit a return request

3. Send us a second message via the contact us form with the tracking/reference number as soon as you post back the item(s). The warehouse operators will be needing it in order to identify the sender, so we can issue the refund.

Return eligibility

1. You must post the item(s) within 7 days of receiving it.

2. Return postage is your responsibility.

3. The item(s) that you return must be in its original condition.

4. Clearance sale items are not eligible for return.

5. A buyer cannot cancel an order, except within the first hour from placing it, in which case they are charged a 3% fee that corresponds to the transaction cost that the shop has incurred.
